 I, Twina Brown am the Owner/Executive Chef of Mama T’s Food for the Soul.
I have been in the food service industry for over twenty-seven years.

My Story

My love for food and hospitality began when I was a little girl growing up in the Town of Rayville, Louisiana when I began helping my great-grandmother in the kitchen.  I learned that food was a very important part of any gathering when made with love as it brings all people together.  I live by this practice today as I take pride not only in the food that I prepare, but also providing excellent hospitality.

       Mama T’s has been in operation for over five years serving the Inland Empire and beyond. One of our goals for the company is to expand our catering company into a local restaurant.  We want to provide our customers with an exceptional dining experience with American Soul Cuisine and extraordinary customer service.  We want you to feel like you just left your mama’s house after she has prepared your favorite meal.
